After a class critique on our mounted pieces an interesting idea was fleshed out. Divided we fall has been heard hundreds of times no doubt by everyone so why not change it to something else? I kept the divided because that was integral to my piece but Dominique suggested changing the we fall to from all. It’s interesting how inspiration through your work comes from other people. I am learning how important collaboration, and being able to trust my fellow students really is. I’m trying to take down my barriers and allow myself to be vulnerable, because I believe it is in this state that true inspiration comes from. Thanks Dom.
